If you're not completely happy with your GrillGlow gear, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be in resalable condition where possible — but if something arrived damaged or faulty, we'll always make it right.
To start a return, email nick@calux.io with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the item.
